It is professionally decorated and is approximately 3,700 sq. ft., not counting 3 large balconies. There are two roll-away beds and a small sofa bed in the living room, ideal for smaller children.

The living room has a wet bar, atrium, fireplace and spacious balcony. There are 3 TV's, VCR, stereo/CD player, cable TV, 3 phones and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer.

There are 2 master suites, one on each end of the unit, each with a king bed, balcony and private bath. One master has two baths, one with a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom has twin beds and a private bath. There are three large walk-in closets

There is a gracious Dining room and dinette.  Linens and bedding are provided and the unit is fully furnished, including books and games. A storage closet directly outside of the unit is left open to allow guests the use of beach chairs, floats and a small bicycle. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets of any kind are allowed. And there is plenty of entertainment available
